Deputy Care Manager - Residential Care / Supported Living
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Care Manager for a Residential Care role based near Stretford in Greater Manchester. The role is with a reputable company that operates in the healthcare sector and are providing care to adults and children with learning disabilities. This role would be supporting services in Greater Manchester.

The Role:
As a Deputy Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising staff members
* Assist the service management
* Take overall responsibility in ensuring the running of the home/service
* Help with training/mentoring staff members
* Dealing with administrative tasks
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Care Manager position should have:
* Level 3 QCF/NVQ in care or equivalent/higher
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience of working with adults/children in a residential / supported living setting
* Experience as a senior support worker or deputy/assistant manager or similar position
