Our client is a leading housing association who are looking for an additional Cleansing Operative to join their existing team workinmg initially on an ongoing temporary contract with a view to the position being made permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include:
Ensuring all void properties are made safe and clean to be made ready for new tenant
Assisting to clear furniture, carpets and fittings from void properties
Waste and litter removal
Travel to areas throughout Oldham
Candidates must be drivers,(Clean licence preferred) and be able to work as part of a busy team.
You will need to be physically fit and used to manual handling items as there will be some heavy lifting involved.
Temp to perm basis ( min 3 months temp)
37 Hours per week 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.27 per hour plus holiday pay
