This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Architectural Technologist to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy where you will be working on a variety of projects in different sectors for a company where you will have the opportunities for support through chartership, further technical training and progression up to partner level.

Are you an Architectural Technologist with experience in the construction industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you will have support through chartership, further technical training and clear progression route up to partner?

This growing consultancy are a multidisciplinary who work in a variety of sectors from Residential, Commercial and some Public Sector working on factories and new build homes. They offer a mixture of different services which includes different types of surveying, architectural services partnered with health and safety and projects management services. Providing their services from concept to completion of the project for their mixture of clients. This has found them success over the years, and they are now looking to add to their dynamic and diverse team.

In this role you'll be responsible for number of duties, such as producing technical drawings for both refurbishment and new build projects. You will also be responsible for measuring buildings and drawing existing surveys. Also, you will be responsible running multiple jobs at once and you will be checking and amending work of more junior members of the team. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be attending client and on-site meetings where you will be liaising with clients and contractors to provide technical support throughout.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experience Architectural Technologist with good construction experience and knowledge and is looking for a new opportunity. As well as having a full UK driver's license so you are able to travel to site occasionally around the Northwest region.
