Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Oldham
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to teachers and students across the school, assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated learning activities.
Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted intervention and support, ensuring all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers, promoting a supportive and inclusive school community.
Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and nurturing learning environment, supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of teaching and learning practices.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students of all ages and abilities.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning, with a genuine passion for education and child development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and enriching learning environment for all students.Benefits:
