Workshop based opportunity in Oldham (Manchester) where you will assume the responsibility of ensuring the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of Plant equipment.
You will be tasked with the identification and documentation of any machinery damages, as well as the meticulous upkeep of detailed and precise service and maintenance records.
Responsibilities-
* Carry out maintenance of equipment
* Service, maintain and fit petrol and diesel engines
* Perform PDI's on equipment (pre delivery inspections)
* Fault find and diagnostics
* Carry out major and minor repairs and refurbishments
Ideal candidate must have-
* Prior experience working on Plant Machinery
* Effective planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Level 2 or 3 in Plant or equivalent Engineering qualification
As a Plant Fitter you will be based in the depot in Oldham working Monday - Friday 07:30am - 17:00pm
