Description

Supporting the finance team in daily bookkeeping duties.
Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the Accounts Assistant's day-to-day work.
Performing reconciliations of accounts and correcting discrepancies.
Processing business expenses and managing day-to-day transactions.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Collaborating with other departments, as necessary.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures in the health care industry.Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

An academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
