I am currently recruiting on behalf multi-disciplined contractor who have a great opportunity for a Roofing Supervisor join their domestic maintenance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential roofing projects across the Hampshire & Wiltshire area.
You will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
The salary is up to £45,000 per annum + a company vehicle, fuel card & a great benefits package!!
Responsibilities:
* Ability to carry out all site supervisor duties..
* Manage the day-to-day running of multiple sites.
* Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures..
* Manage all sub-contractors on site
* Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
* Be able to liaise with clients .
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Proven experience as a Roofing Supervisor
* CSCS Card
* Excellent organisational skills
* Be IT Literate
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
