An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced NPD Manager.
My client are a prestigious food manufacturing organisation, they have undergone significant growth and supply into all of the major retailers and food service clients.
NPD has been a strong element of the business and they are keen to strengthen this by appointing into this position. The candidate we are looking to recruit will be an ultimate food enthusiast. You will have been a development chef with proven examples of products that you have taken to market. It is imperative that the candidate is commercially minded and can work on a demanding and complex portfolio of products at any one time. This will allow the business to regain speed in their new product launches.
Candidates should have previous experience of culinary creativity followed by a progressive career into the New Product Development space. They have should have worked upon costings, packaging, new concept ideas and should be exceptionally creative
