My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm who utilise their over 20 years of experience to deliver innovative and creative designs for a variety of building types in residential and commercial sectors. You will be joining a dedicated team comprised of Surveyors, Architects, Architectural Techncians and Planners whose expertise ensure satisfaction across diversifications, housing developments, farm relocations and new builds . This dynamic firm are keen to continue their growth and with a busy work load are seeking a talented Architect to join their team in Exeter.
The successful candidate will be a confident user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, have technical excellence and boast some design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
Understanding of current Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
Keen eye for detail and some design flare
Confident user of AutoCAD
Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up or similar programs
