We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of a Mutil Skilled Plasterer. The successful candidate will service properties across the Manchester Area.
You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.
A successful candidate will:
Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
Full Clean Driving Licence
NVQ or equivalent in PlasteringThe overall purpose for this role is to find someone who can:
Plumbing (remove and refix radiators/bathroom suites)
Plastering (all types of plastering/rendering)
Tiling
Joinery (skirting & architraves/internal doors/new kitchens
Driving a company van that is provided.
Using a PDA system(CIS/UMBRELLA)
