Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work 1-1 with pupils in a Secondary School in St Helens, to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible!

Behaviour Support Assistant role & responsibilities:
â Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
â Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
â Create a safe learning environment for pupils
â De-escalate behaviour that challenges through the forming of trusting relationships
Behaviour Support Assistant Non-negotiables:
â Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
â Must have a passion for education
â Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
