Package

Basic Salary - £40,000 - £50,000

Holidays - Starting at 21 days, plus Bank holidays growing year on year via service

Hours - Offering a flexible 5 day working week, with some flexibility on start and finish times, with an anticipated 38 hours per week minimum

The Paid Media Manager role

Heatable are looking for a paid performance and data manager to own, operate and grow our paid media efforts on all fronts.

We need an experienced PPC expert with a proven track record of managing large budgets in extremely competitive arenas.

Not just a one trick pony, we’re looking for someone who understands paid bidding strategies across multiple platforms: from Google to Meta and can comfortably collate, present and justify numbers that they’re passionate about taking ownership of. A two-trick pony, minimum.

We’re looking for the paid media and data super-geek that loves what they do, lives and breathes data and wants to put down roots in a rapidly growing company to see the fruits of their labour over the short, and long term.

Skills and Experience Needed of our Paid Media Manager

5+ years of Google PPC account strategy.

2+ years of paid social strategy and execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Monitor and report performance and ROI to director level.

High level competency with data collection and manipulation. (LookerStudio).

Ability to effectively communication with other teams with the digital marketing setup and collaborate on campaigns
