Position: Housing Officer Location: St. Helen's Salary: £22,973 - £23,938 per year
As a Housing Officer in St. Helen's, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of housing services within our community. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing property allocations and tenancy agreements. Conducting assessments and inspections of properties . Providing support and guidance to tenants. Utilizing property pool systems to facilitate efficient housing processes. Liaising with stakeholders including tenants, landlords, and external agencies
What we're looking for: Experience in housing management. Proficiency in using property pool systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will need to have experience using propertypool/bidding in order to apply.
