Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming community primary school located in the vibrant Cheadle area of Stockport. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students as they navigate their final year of primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Year 6 class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help students prepare for upcoming assessments and examinations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the overall success of the Year 6 cohort.Requirements:
Previous experience working in a Year 6 classroom setting is essential.
A genuine passion for education and supporting the needs of children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications and certifications are advantageous.Details:

Contract: Initially until May half-term
