Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on building services.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
- Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a strategic mindset to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
