Our client seeks a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their esteemed team in Romford, dedicated to guiding customers through their homeownership journey.
This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary of £31,000 with an additional payment guarantee for a fixed period, uncapped earnings potential up to £60,000, and a supportive work environment focused on professional development and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting client meetings to evaluate specific circumstances and requirements
Identifying and recommending tailored mortgage solutions
Offering insurance products from Legal & General
Collaborating with residential estate agency teams to maximize business opportunities
Providing guidance to colleagues for maintaining a robust referral rate
Proactively engaging the existing client base to generate new business
Liaising with lenders to ensure product suitability for customers
Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines in document handling and signings The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be highly driven by success and results, possessing a minimum CEMAP 1 qualification or equivalent with at least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
They must exhibit a strong work ethic, resilience in facing challenges, and a focus on elevating customer experiences from ordinary to extraordinary.
Excellent presentation, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
