Remote CBT Therapist / Telephone Assessor

Hours: 37.5 hours, Permanent - Full Time

The Manchester Wellbeing Centre, part of a leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health, is renowned for its exceptional care standards and comprehensive clinical services.

The Role:

We are seeking a qualified CBT Therapist to join our highly skilled team. In this role, you will deliver personalized treatment programs utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, both individually and in group settings. The position offers the opportunity for remote work, with a focus on delivering therapy through a blended model.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy on a group and individual basis, incorporating remote working.
Conduct telephone assessments for corporate clients, determining suitability and modality type.
Provide high-quality interventions in line with NICE guidance.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Facilitate a range of group interventions.
Maintain accreditation with the BABCP or work towards accreditation.
Ideal Candidate:

Passion for dynamic therapy and working with motivated clients.
Experience using DBT skills and techniques.
Previous experience in acute mental health settings.
Accredited CBT therapist or actively working towards accreditation.
