Head of Operations Overview:
A fabulous opportunity for a motivated Operations Manager, Area Manager, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager experienced within the health and social care sector, who is seeking a new challenge!
On behalf of a specialist disability charity, CureYourSearch are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations to manage and develop the organisation’s service provision, you will provide your expertise in leadership and management to service managers, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
As Head of Operations you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, leading benefits and holidays and work for an established organisation with excellent staff retention and development opportunities.

The Head of Operations candidate:

Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
Management experience within the health and social care sector, ideally working in the children and adults disability sector
Excellent CQC knowledge
Must be passionate about person centred care
Excellent communication skills
