Sure Start Staff have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our busy manufacturing client based in the Stockport area on a permanent basis.
Interview & Start: Immediate
Job Role: Injection Moulding Setter
Salary: 30K-35K per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Shift: Nights (10pm-6am Mon-Fri)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Stockport
Basis: Permanent
Description
This is a key role in a well-established plastic injecting moulding manufacturing business. Our client has key values of Relationship, Quality, Pride and Flexibility and the person fulfilling this role will be expected to live to these values and exhibit appropriate behaviours to support the Production function of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out tool changes
* Configuring moulding machines for optimal performance
* Conducting quality checks
* Addressing processing issues through troubleshooting
* Collaborating on the implementation of process improvements and enhancements
As an Injection Moulding Setter, your responsibilities will encompass
* Possess prior experience in a plastic injection moulding setting, preferably as a Tool Setter or Process Technician
* Demonstrate proficiency in setting moulding machines.
* Be experienced with resolving moulding issues.
