Job Title: Production Supervisor
(7.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday/ 12pm finish Friday)

Job Description:
* Be responsible for supporting and developing a small team
* Organises the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
* Develop and implement production policies and procedures
* Establish priorities to ensure production teams are working efficiently
* Addresses production problems
* Report on team performance
Skills & experience:
* The postholder will have engineering/tool maker experience and forged a successful career into a supervisory capacity
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* A desire to grow skill sets, ability to learn new processes via written and verbal instructions.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines and plan work load efficiently
* Able to keep a clean and organized work environment while working on tools.
* Must be proactive
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality always
* Reliable/good attendance and punctuality
* Good communication skills
* High School Engineering Certificate would be desirable
* Minimum of 5+ years in role with similar requirements
* Knowledge of engineering 2D drawing, preferably knowledge of injection tool making
