Our Local Authority are currently looking for a Technical Fleet Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.
Location – Croft, Leicestershire
Pay Rate - £12.81ph
This role will be to cover front of house in a busy Vehicle Fleet Services Team dealing with:
* Face to face and telephone enquires
* Working closely with the vehicle workshop to keep track of the status of vehicles as they progress through appointments
* Liaising with service areas to coordinate vehicle delivery and collection
* Assisting the workshop with breakdown recoveries
* Assisting with making appointments for technical inspections
* Running weekly metric/KPI reports for service areas
Experience required:
* Front of house – Co-ordinate vehicle workshop, basic admin skills
* Ideally fleet experience – Any experience with vehicles- garage reception, MOT
* Not mass of technical knowledge – lots of technical language
* Customer service a must – communicate in all forms – face to face
