We are currently seeking a Level 2 or above EYFS Teaching Assistant for a Warringtonschool to cover a leave of absence until  end of the academic year. The role is full-time, and has the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will hold previous experience in an EYFS setting, and be fully upto date with the current EYFS framework, ideally phonics trained will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Provide group interventions.
Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to support students’ learning goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student confidence and independence.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to optimise student progress.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in supporting students in EYFS, hold Level 2/ 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent. 
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in students’ lives.
GCSE Maths and English
