TSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5 star new build housing developer for a Customer Service Inspections Manager covering developments across the North West reporting directly to the Regional Customer Service Manager.

Duties:

*

Responsible for the client inspection works for the customer service team to identify any necessary remedial works across relevant developments.

*

Ensuring the on going quality of all homes post completion.

*

Liaising with the customer services team to meet and carry out a fair analysis of defects reported by the customers.

*

Ensure all work is attended within the reagreed timescales in accordance with the service level agreements.

*

Liaise with the NHBC regarding technical requirements.

*

Attend resolutions and Insurance claims
