Hourly rate is comlpletely negotiable
My client is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to take on a Design Lead position on their National Grid framework. There is a minimum of 6 months work availalbe, but likely up to 18 months. Gas experience is not essential but experience as a lead engineer working on multiple projects is.
Your key duties will be:
* Design project management
* Line management of circa 10 E&I Engineers.
* Interface between customer project manager, and internal construction project manager.
The project encompasses a national asset replacement scheme, primarily compromising of:
* Standby generators
* UPSs
* LV Switchboards
* MCCs
* Distribution boards
* LV distribution
* Building services (lighting and small power)
* Fire detection systems
