Position Overview:

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be entrusted with spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth and expand market share in the hair and beauty sector. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the company and make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.

Your Duties:

* Identifying Sales Opportunities: Continuously assess market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new avenues for revenue generation and business expansion.

* Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the hair and beauty sector to anticipate market trends and consumer preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.

* Executing Acquisitions: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including high street retailers and distributors, to facilitate successful acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

* Trade Show Management: Plan and execute engaging trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our client's products and enhance brand visibility within the industry.

* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and gap analysis to identify untapped opportunities for product innovation and portfolio expansion.

* Supporting Partners: Provide ongoing support and training to our network of stockists and distributors, ensuring they are equipped to effectively represent our client's brand.

Your Profile:

Proven track record in a similar business development role, preferably within the hair and beauty sector.

In-depth knowledge of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.

Demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and execute acquisitions with major retailers and distributors.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate trade shows and promotional events.

Innovative thinking and a strategic mindset, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Your Benefits:

* £33,000-£35,000 + commission.

* Hybrid working schedule.
