Machine Operators

Nexus Resource Solutions have an excellent opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to join a market leading electronics company who are going from strength to strength. Due to continued success we require 2 Machine Operators to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis. These are dayshift roles. However flexibility would be needed if the company had to put on shift work.

The Role

The job will require candidates to operate a number of machines including laser machine for reballing there’s also a range of other machines including X-Ray, Component removal, and Re-tinning as well as SMT. The client will offer training on these machines as long as the candidates are keen to learn.

Experience and Qualifications

Ideally you’ll have previously set and operated automated machinery. If not training will be given as the machines are very niche. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, reliable and show a willingness to learn and develop.

There’s quite a bit of computer work involved so people need to be computer literate. You’ll be checking or editing dimensions on the computer.

Rates/Hours

* £12ph basic.

* 15% uplift if you were required to work on shifts

* 38hr week

* 8am-4pm Mon-Thu

* 8am-1pm Fri
