Internal Sales Executive
We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our construction industry client. This an exciting role for anyone wishing to join a successful and ambitious team and work with a fast-growing, dynamic company.
* Generate and develop good relationships with prospects via phone or email.
* Understand customer needs to enable successful product recommendations.
* Undertake reactive and proactive sales activities to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
* Manage all customer interactions and follow-up on all pipeline prospects.
* Ensure highest level of customer support and satisfaction through the sales process.
* Provide feedback to the management team to help develop and improve the sales process.
* Liaise with occasional counter sales customers.
Profile of an Ideal Candidate;
* Previous experience in Sales Exec / Business Development - Minimum 2 years
* Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
* Self-driven and ambitious, yet also able to work as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organised and structured approach to completing tasks and managing pipelines.
* Previous experience within the construction industry or a keen interest to pursue a sales career within this industry.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £32000 + Bonus Package
