Role Overview: Credit Controller

We’re currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller for a full-time, permanent position in our finance team. The role is entirely office based and you will be expected to commute to our Livingston Office on a daily basis.

Your Duties:

Keep stringent management over our entire account base ensuring customers pay debts as per agreed terms
Chase customers regularly by telephone and email
Send monthly statements to customers and resolve queries in a timely manner
Create regular sales ledger reports via Microsoft Dynamics Nav and analyse these appropriately to share necessary updates with Directors on outstanding debtors
Reconciliation of client accounts and banking receipts
Set-up new customer accounts on Microsoft Dynamics Nav and other software systems
Escalate debtor issues to management as and when needed
You should have;

At least 3 years experience working in a Credit Controller position
Strong communication skills
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience working to tight deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage own workload
Work independently and motive yourself to work hard
Attention to detail is crucial
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (desirable)
