Gilbert Meher are delighted to be working with an National Care Provider, who are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a nursing home based in Motherwell, South Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a medium to large sized care home and overseeing turnaround, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Motherwell, South Lanarkshire

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided
Recruit, train, and manage staff
Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to residents
Manage budgets and financial performance of the homeRequirements:

Proven experience in managing and turning around failing care homes
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A nursing PIN is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Ability to manage budgets and financial performance of the home
