Job Title: Home Manager
Location: East Kilbride
Salary: £65,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for providing high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management and operation of the care home.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to residents.
Lead and inspire a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
Manage budgets, resources, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Home Manager in a care home setting.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
