Job Title: Regional Support Manager - Ayrshire
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? Our reputable client, in partnership with Gilbert Meher, is seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager for their Ayrshire region.
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Bonus: Discretionary Bonus (Up to 20% of salary, paid annually)

About the Role:
As the Regional Support Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to ensure residents receive outstanding care within 11-care homes, totaling approximately 500 beds. Your mission will be to optimize resources, uphold financial stability, and drive excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage resources at the home level to achieve optimal results.
Implement effective financial management strategies, including budget oversight, payroll, and revenue enhancement.
Champion person-centered planning and individualized support across all homes.
Support underperforming homes by developing and executing action plans to meet quality and compliance targets.
Lead recruitment efforts to retain and attract high-quality staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all homes.
Cultivate strong relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders.
Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
Preferably qualified as a Nurse (RGN/RMN).
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality care and meeting regulatory standards.
Strong leadership abilities.
Thorough understanding of care home regulation and legislation.
Familiarity with employment law and HR processes is advantageous.
Proven history of achieving positive financial outcomes in previous roles.
