Seeking a skilled and dedicated HGV 1 Curtain Sider Driver to join our team for Pertemps. If you have a passion for driving and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Operate and drive HGV 1 vehicles equipped with curtain-sided trailers.
* Safely load, transport, and unload goods to designated locations.
* Ensure proper securing and fastening of cargo on the curtain-sided trailer.
* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record 6 months experience minimum on Class 1.
* Proven experience as an HGV 1 Curtain Sider Driver.
* Knowledge of safe loading and unloading procedures for curtain-sided trailers.
* Ability to conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
* Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
