Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead heavy industrial decommissioning and demolition projects in Scotland. Role Responsibilities

* Delivery: Safely, timely, and cost-effectively deliver project outcomes.

* Leadership: Direct and coordinate project activities and the work team, including Project Engineers, HSEQ Manager, and Site Manager.

* and Compliance: Ensure high-standard completion of project documentation and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

* Engagement: Professionally interact with clients, employees, and subcontractors, and assist in developing quality professional relationships to optimize new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

* At least 5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial decommissioning, demolition, and dismantling, with a preference for experience working within refineries, power stations, heavy industry and off-shore decommissioning.

* Tertiary qualifications are preferred, alongside relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CSCS-CCDO, NVQ 6+) and proven experience with budgeting and contracts.

* You should have a good commercial background, experience with CDM 2015, IOSH/NEBOSH certification, proficiency in MSt Project, and strong IT, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Benefits Include:

* £100,000/yr base salary plus £20,000/yr project allowance for remote site work;
