Competitive salary of £40,000 - £43,000 depending on experience, free parking, on-site canteen, 25 holidays + 8 bank holidays per year, health care plan and the opportunity to join the business' during an exciting period of growth.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, based fully on site.
As Senior Rental & Sales Coordinator you will:
Oversee the smooth running of the Bridge of Don Sales & Rental team, ensuring the co-ordination and administration of effective delivery of hire and sales quotes to agreed delivery timescale, ensuring high standard of customer service are maintained.
Day to day you will:
Effectively manage Sales & Rental team ensuring a quality service is being provided to all clients in a timeous manner
Liaise with management on a regular basis providing updates and highlighting any issues that may impact upon service or performance
Ensure sufficient cover is provided at all times in order to meet customer service standards
Responding to emails and calls relating to potential orders
Preparation and submission of quotes
Tracking quotations, follow ups and feeding back to management
Responding to technical queries from clients and prospective clients
Update of information in rental and certification databases
Tracking and administration of deliveries and other logistical requirements
Recording and arranging trucks and trailer maintenance/servicing
Invoicing
Liaising between departments
Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics
Scheduling import and export shipments (by air, sea or land)
Produce management reportsThe successful candidate will need:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Experience working in logistics would be advantageous
A thorough understanding of the sale and hire/lease processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Time management skills
