Job Title: Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Hayes
Salary: £29,000-£31,000 (based on experience) + benefits
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on rota basis
Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Heathrow, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a background in automotive sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer care and manage client relationships effectively.
* Oversee the service process, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
* Offer value-added sales solutions to promote our wide range of products and services.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
* Excellent communication skills, including experience in complaint handling.
* Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service.
* Valid UK driver's license with clean driving record.
* Right to work in the UK.
