Do you have project control experience, and are you seeking a new 12-month contract in Aberdeen? NES Fircroft is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Controls Engineer, and the role comes with an attractive contract rate.

As a Project Controls Engineer, you will support the Global Operations Technology team for cost and schedule deliverables. You will also direct the annual budgeting process for GOTE, with stewardship of monthly forecasting and updates to Finance and SAP Analytics.

In your first few weeks in this Project Controls Engineer role, you can expect to:

Implement controls that enable contract administration, compliance and invoice review processes
Review contractor cost reports (including earned value and productivity assessments)
Input to finance month-end processes (Value of work done, Forecast, SoX controls, SAP postings and analytics)
Initiate and support portfolio scheduling through utilisation of planning tools
Perform internal monthly Operations Projects reporting
Support annual work plan and budget process.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, Microsoft Project, Planning tools and Power BI
