Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Aberdeen job market is advantageous
