Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Home Delivery Service based in Patchway Bristol as a 7.5ton Driver, working 5 shifts a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their career with Temp-Perm Potential.
7.5ton Delivery Driver
*
Days £13.68ph, Overtime £20.52ph after 48 hours weekly.
*
5 day working week.
*
Tuesday to Saturday 06.00 starts - approx 10-12 hour shifts.
*
2 man teams.
*
Ongoing work – Assessment available on 25th April.
*
Potential temp to Perm for the right candidate.
7.5ton Delivery Driver Responsibilities
*
Delivery of white goods – Heavy Manual Lifting required.
*
Scanning/Loading required.
*
Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.
*
Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.
Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position
*
Great work ethic.
*
Minimum 3 months 7.5ton driving experience.
*
Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card.
*
Comfortable with heavy lifting as part of 2 man teams.
*
Be professional and presentable at all times.
*
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
*
Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
*
No IN10, TT99 or DR10
