Maintenance Caretaker

My client requires an experienced Mainteance Caretaker to undertake various duties within their student accommodation. This may be simple painting jobs, changing locks, replacing doors, ensuring properties are kept in good condition, changing light bulbs, cleaning duties.

As this is working in a Student Accommodation environment, a DBS will be required. If you do not have one, we can support you in the application
