Job Title:Sales Advisor

Thorn Baker is teaming up with a Housing Developer who are expanding their team due to several new projects across the east and central Edinburgh area!
They are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their growing team. Committed to the highest standards of design, construction, and service this is an opportunity to work with an incredibly successful company with over 85 years' experience across the UK.

Basic Salary up to £35,000+ uncapped commission scheme

Working days: Thursday to Monday, flexible hours available
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots.
On-site administration duties and ensuring the buying process is efficient.
Ensure high quality show home presentations, maintaining the highest standard of health and safety.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in new build housing sales with a developer.
Proficient in sales techniques and conversant with all relevant legal terminology.
A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.
IT literate, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.
