Our Client is a dynamic manufacturing and installation organisation of custom-made windows and  doors

They are looking for an experienced, Senior Technical Manager to become part of their rapidly growing division of the business. Responsible for  survey functions, drawing office, technical support and be part of the product development team.

They provide state of the art, thermal efficient products which are in higher demand than ever before. 

You will be responsible for:

· Technical development of our existing products

· Development of new product offerings

· Drawing office management and support

· Survey management and support

· Monitoring and reporting to ensure services meet performance targets

· Delivering expert technical and strategic advice

The ideal candidate will have a qualifications in building surveying, architecture, architectural technology or engineering and preferably be chartered in their discipline.

You will be someone who is not afraid to lead from the front, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be able to work as part of a team and lead teams. An understanding of contract administration would be beneficial, as would experience with AutoCAD software packages. A comprehensive knowledge of the domestic property sector is essential.
