Small Works Manager

Our client, an established Build Contractor with an enviable pipeline or work in Scotland have an opening for a Small Works Contracts Manager to join their Glasgow Office.

Projects: Commercial, Private Landlord and Local Authority Works of small value to £150k.

Fit-Out, Build, Maintenance, Repairs.

Locations: Central Scotland

The ideal candidate will have a Trades background or Construction related Degree and have experience managing multiple small scale jobs as described as well as the ability to do some general Estimation work
