As a Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, including:
* Proven experience as a Panel Technician or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
* Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
* Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating tools and spray painting equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
* The ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous.
* Repairing and replacing vehicle panels using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
* Conducting accurate assessments of vehicle damage and developing repair plans accordingly.
* Working with precision to ensure seamless integration of new panels and parts.
* Utilizing your expertise to achieve high-quality repairs and finishes.
* Collaborating with other team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
