Our client, a leader in the design and installation of new buildings and retro fitting of existing ones with clients in the Education, Banking, Defence and Pharmaceutical sectors is looking for an individual with a passion for leading change and a desire to further develop their career.

BMS Controls Engineer - The Role:
⦁ Carry out commissioning of BMS systems
⦁ Load and commission system and network-level controllers
⦁ Develop software programs, front-end graphics, and troubleshoot to ensure proper operations of the building control system
⦁ Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
⦁ Produce detailed reports including commissioning reports, test results and as fitted drawings
⦁ Integrate third party systems into the BMS using Modbus, Mbus or BACnet enabled devices
⦁ Work closely with the project manager

BMS Controls Engineer - The Person:
⦁ 2+ years of experience in BMS Control systems / BMS Engineering
⦁ HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field
⦁ Previous experience in creating/updating BMS software and graphics
⦁ Good working knowledge of BMS Industry standard protocols, BACnet, Modbus
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Industry standard H&S certification
⦁ Full clean UK Driving License
⦁ Knowledge of Trend, Siemens, RDM or Tridium

Located in Glasgow, this role would be commutable from Paisley, East Kilbride, Clydebank, and Dumbarton.
