Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial door systems including high-speed roller doors and commercial roller shutters. Very customer-centric, the ultimate goal is to help companies to take control of their environment and operational efficiency and fire and security risks.

This role is, overseeing engineers working throughout the region. This is a senior management position. The service manager will have control of service department staff and engineers on a regional basis ensuring compliance with all health and safety and efficient and profitable operation.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Managing service department administration and engineers on site

• Understanding and operating company systems around costing, invoicing and delivering targets

• System building to deliver KPIs timely and accurately to deliver output per operative analysis time and costs

• Planning operations • Customer care • Control of vehicles, system maintenance for service

• All Health and Safety aspects SOP`s overview and controls

• Staff training and engagement
