HR Business Partner
Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have a vast scope of responsibilities, working on an operational level to drive HR initiatives and support the wider business.

Hybrid Working
Based in the West of ScotlandDuties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Management team to develop and implement HR strategies.
Lead on talent management initiatives, including performance management, and employee development programmes.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with company values and culture.
Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
Partner with the business to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.Skills and Experience Required

Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
