Description
To closely monitor process conditions and data to guide the Operations Manager and Maintenance Engineer in the steps to take to maintain or improve operations. Design, develop, and implement new industrial processes.
Identify inefficiencies and devise strategies for process optimisation.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure processes align with company objectives.
Maintain compliance with industry safety and design standards.
Document all process changes and updates.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective action.
Provide technical support to the manufacturing team as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
A degree in Engineering or a related field would be beneficial.
Process Development experience in energy from waste, recycling or similar discipline would be desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in the development of technical solutions from concept selection, through design development, installation and commissioning.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
A proactive approach to health and safety.Job Offer
