Paid Search Specialist – Preston

I am currently recruiting for a Paid Search Specialist for my Preston based client.

As a Paid Search Specialist you will be reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of the paid advertising strategy. You'll have solid digital marketing experience preferably in an ecommerce environment; experience shaping marketing strategies, managing a small internal team and collaborating with partners. You'll have experience growing brands and online presence with B2C and D2C campaigns driving positive ROI.

Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities

* Develop the Strategy with the Marketing Director for the execution, and success of paid search campaigns - execute brilliantly built campaigns

* Drive profitable growth in the market at pace,

* Create and optimise ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates

* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS

* Manage budgets effectively to maximise significant advertising spend

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing objectives

* Proficient in using analytics tools to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

* Ideate, strategise, and execute paid search campaigns.

* Daily account management: optimise, manage budgets, test campaigns

* Analyse data and profitability

* Work with engineers, designers, developers, CX to build top-notch digital experiences

About You

* Advanced paid search competency - demonstrable experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing large-scale campaigns and budgets. Paid Social experience is a plus.

* A good technical understanding of data, attribution and tracking

* A data-driven approach with superior analytical and quantitative skills. You’ll think creatively to determine testing methodologies and to optimise campaigns to deliver results.

* Data analysis, reporting, and data-driven strategic decisions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influence stakeholders
