Due to internal promotion, Murray Recruitment is recruiting for native German speaking Customer Service Administrator for a permanent position based in Lanarkshire.
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for with providing customers with a 5-star customer service experience dealing with enquiries, processing orders and dealing with customers orders from enquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with incoming enquiries via a range of channels including inbound calls, emails, live chat & web.
* Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays in delivery, late delivery time frame, return of goods and/or faulty products etc.
* Process orders/ quotes via telephone, email, web, live chat & online portals, and respond within same working day.
* Handle any product & technical enquiries via telephone, email & live chat, demonstrating the ability to question to understand the customers’ needs to make product recommendations.
* Follow up of payments and reminders.
* Liaise with technical department to ensure the customer needs are met.
* Liaise with and provide internal support to external sales team and other departments with the company.
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records.
* Undertake any other duties thought appropriate to maintain a consistently high standard of work.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken German & English to business level
* Experience of providing an exceptionally high level of customer service is preferable
* Excellent communication, organisational and team working skills
* Positive attitude
* Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multi task whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy
Offer:
* Hours of work are Monday – Friday 7.30 am - 3.45 pm or 8 am – 4.15 pm
