Our Client, a successful & independently owned partnership of Chartered Surveyors focusing on industrial/ warehouse and office business space across London and the southeast are expanding due to an increase workload within their Property & Asset Management division.
They are recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor ideally with 3+ years experience in commercial property management.
Beneficial (but not essential) experience would be within:
* Valuation
* Landlord & tenant
* Estate Agency
The primary focus for this role will be to manage a south-east focused, multi-sector, commercial property portfolio on behalf of a retained client.
You'll report directly to the board and be supported by the Account Management and Administration teams.
